About Us

Hello there!
My name is Alex, I am the owner of Shogun Sushi. I have always dreamed of opening a restaurant specializing in my passion for sushi. I have been in the restaurant business for 11 years, but my passion for delivering quality food started in 1999 when my family moved to the United States. I worked hard alongside my mother and father at a teriyaki restaurant which sprouted my passion. The former owner Jimmy and I have been close friends for the majority of each other's lives, Jimmy offered us the opportunity to take over Shogun in early 2024. I had a vision for Shogun like no other. We wanted to create a special atmosphere that transports you into a different world while you experience new flavors of high-quality ingredients.
